Back for 2026, our Spring Micro CSA features (10) weeks of early season microgreens beginning in early April. Available in Half or Double Share sizes. New this year, we’re offering local tulips in collaboration with our friends Sunspell Flora in Essex.
Microgreens are young, edible plants packed with antioxidants. Their vibrant colors and intense flavors are the perfect way to add color and nutrients to any meal early in the growing season when local crops are scarce.
Each week includes (3) of the following:
Greens — microgreens rotation may include pea shoots, broccoli, arugula, kale, cabbage, mustard, radish or beet greens
Greens Mix — one of our signature blends including Spicy Mix, Salad Mix, Garden Mix or Rainbow Blend
Farmer’s Choice — a weekly surprise that may include greens, mixes, shoots or herbs
